  • Oresta Cybriwsky,( www.oresta-cybriwsky.de ) ukrainisch-amerikanischer Abstammung begann, mit fünf Jahren ihr Klavierstudium bei ihrem Vater. Einmal eingeschlagen, führte dieser Studienweg über viele Preise bei Wettbewerben bis hin zum akademischen Grad des Bachelor of Music in Piano am Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, Maryland. Schon wahrend ihres Studiums umfaßte ihre weitgespannte Konzerttätigkeit auch die Begleitung von Sängern und Intrumentalisten. 1978 bekam Frau Cybriwsky ein zweijahriges Stipendium des Deutschen Akademischen Austauschdienstes. Jetzt wohnt Frau Cybriwsky in München und tritt als Konzertpianist, Liedbegleiterin und Kammermusikerin auf.

  • Norman Mathews ( www.normanmathews.com ) began seine beruflichen Laufbahn als Schauspieler-Tänzer-Sänger. Er debütierte in Tom Jones' und Harvey Schmidt's Celebration. Er hat ein Bachelordipilom vom Hunter Coliege und ein Magisterdiplom von der New York Universität. Komposition hat er bei Richard Hundley und Charles Turner studiert.

  • Joelle Wallach ( http://www.joellewallach.com/ ) ist in New York City und Marokko aufgewachsen. Ihre musikalische Früherziehung hat an der Juilliard Preparatory Division angefangen. Sie ist Bachelor des Sarah Lawrence College und Magister der Columbla Universität. In 1984, hat sie den Doktortitel in Komposition als Studentin von John Corigliano von der Manhattan School of Music erworben.

  • Corey Field ist 1956 in Los Angeles, Kallfornien geboren. Er hat an der Universität Santa Barbara, Kallfornien, sowie an der Edinburgh Universität, Schottland, und der Aspen Music School studiert. Er ist Bachelor of Arts in Music der Universität Santa Barbara, Kalifornien und ein Dr. phil. in Komposition der Universität York, England.
    Zur Zeit ist Herr Field Verlags- und Marketingdirektor der European American Music Distributors Corporation.

  • Elizabeth Austin ( Sigma Alpha Iota Memberpage ) wurde 1938 in Baltimore, Maryland geboren. Sie bekam ihre musikalische Früherziehung an dem Peabody Conservatory Preparatory Department. Sie studierte Komposition bei Grace Newsom Cushman, Nadia Boulanger, Robert Hall Lewis und Donald Harris. Sie ist Bachelor der Kunst und Musik vom Goucher College, Dr. phil. in Komposition von der Hartt School of Musik und Dr. phil. in Musik von der Universität von Connecticut. Sie ist Koordinator des internationalen Austauschprogramms zwischen der Hartt School of Music und der Hochschule für Musik an der Universität in Mannheim.

  • Stephen Wilcox ist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania aufgewachsen, wo er Bachelordiplome in Tuba und Musiktheorie an der West Chester State University erworben hat. Komposition hat er bei Sir Peter Maxwell Davies, Alastair Nicolson, Robert Maggio, Igar Popovic und Scott Wyatt studiert.
    Zur Zeit ist Herr Wilcox Doktorand an der Universität von lllinois in Urbana-Champaign. Dort lebt er mit seiner Frau Rageshwar.

  • Paul A. Epstein ( www.composersforum.org/ )ist 1938 in Boston geboren. Er ist Absolvent der Brandeis Universität und der Universität Berkeley, Kalifornien. Komposition hat er bei Harold Shapera, Seymour Shifrin und Luciano Berlo studiert.
    Zur Zeit ist Herr Epstein Professor der Musiktheorie am Esther Boyer College of Music der Temple Universität, Philadelphia.

  • Ronald Perera ( www.ronaldperera.com/ )ist 1941 in Boston geboren. Er studierte Komposition bei Leon Kirchner an der Harvard Universität, bei Gotffried Michael Koenig an der Universität von Utrecht, sowie bei Randall Thompson und Mario Davidovsky. Er hat Auszeichnungen und Forschungsstipendien von der Harvard Universität, dem Penderewski Fund, dem Goethe Institut, der Artist Foundation von Massachusetts, der National Association of Teschers of Singing und dem National Endowment for the Arts bekommen.
    Zur Zeit ist Herr Perera Professor der Musik am Smith College.
